i own the original iphone
i own an ipod touch (1st generation)
and i own an iphone 3gs (original 3rd generation)
i like my old ones better than this one because you can use them with a computer (which is useful for me)

It's still useful to use on computers.
You can download applications that allow you to transfer data, as well as using iTunes.
