they're both still married to other people and my dad is like, a dude
the reason i didn't find this out sooner is because the two of them were doing some kind of weird "open marriage" thing where they'd go out with other people, then come home and have "family time"
they stopped doing that when i was like 5 years old because i wouldn't stop asking questions
