The thing is that i have played video games all my life.
But the thing i love most about gaming is the fact that it helps me study.
I think it's because video games teach you to multitask.
Also, if you are into the technical aspects of games, then you can learn how to program.
So really, video games can actually help you succeed in school.

Cool. But I don't play to many technical games so I wouldn't be able to do much with programming, unless they make it more simple. But I'm sure they will once the technology improves.

Well, you should try a few games out that involve you doing things like building things or creating your own game.
They usually do things like use Lua as there scripting language.
Lua is pretty easy to learn so you would probably pick it up pretty easily.

I got my first job by creating a video game for my old school.
I learned everything i know about computer programming by teaching myself Lua.
