there's a scene where Timmy accidentally turns the world into a giant dog. He tries to fix it, but he can't because his fairies are stuck in the dog too.
So he goes through all these steps (which I won't go into) just to save them. In the end, the dogs attack the fairies (because they don't like dogs) so Timmy has to use his last spell to turn everyone back to normal, including the fairies.
