Actually, that's how this works.
When people say "This isn't OT" or "OT isn't for (Blank)", they are telling people that their post is out of place for the subforum they are posting on and that they should consider posting elsewhere.
For example, someone could post on ATR about an item in ROBLOX. They would be told that their post is off topic because they did not post about Roblox in the ATR subforum and that they should post about it somewhere else, like LMaD.
