Galaxy S2 I9100
It is an older phone, but it still has an ATR-acceptable CPU and the same 4.3" resolution as most phones now. It also has a non-super AMOLED screen which is nice because AMOLED screens have very bad viewing angles and you can't see anything if you're off-axis to it. The phone is pretty fast too, it can play some high end games just fine with minimal lag (it was released back in 2011, you don't expect it to be that fast). However, it is kind of hard to find games for it because everyone is on iOS or Android.
The thing I like about it though is how you can use it to access the internet anywhere, just hook up the phone through USB to your computer and it'll work like a router, and it can access any 802.11b/g/n network.

@super79
That's a shame. I heard the OS wasn't doing well, and since then the OS has gone downhill. I would recommend you get Android or Apple.

@dash
Yeah, the OS is pretty bad, especially compared to the other two.

It doesn't help that Blackberry has only released one smartphone in the past 3 years. Blackberry is struggling right now.

I would take Blackberry over Android anyday.
Android is just horrible because of how fragmented it is. Each manufacturer does their own thing, and they are all completely different. For example if you have a Samsung phone which uses Exynos processors and a Sony phone which uses Snapdragon processors, if you want to play a game on both phones using the exact same hardware, then you are out of luck because Samsung will use OpenGL ES 1.1 and Sony will use WebGL. So you can't port your game from Samsung to Sony or vice versa.
Also, Android does not have a single standard keyboard layout, so if you decide to port your game from Android to iOS, then you have to rewrite the entire input code for the keyboard (which is a pain).
iOS actually has a good platform and is quite easy to develop for because there is only one type of hardware for the iPhone and iPad. Also, iOS does not fragment, so you don't have to worry about rewriting code or anything. The only problem I have with iOS is that it is very proprietary, so it would be difficult to port code from iOS to another platform.
