the bullies are usually insecure and have low self-esteem, so they try to build themselves up by bringing others down

If you bully someone you're gonna get a long term suspension for your account so it's not really worth it.

I got bullied last year... it sucked
But I learned that what they did to me didn't affect who I am.
I'm a lot more confident than I was before.

Bullying is only effective if the victim doesn't fight back. If the victim fights back, the bully will either shut up or leave.

It sounds like they have some sort of grudge. Well, that's fine, because the grudges can only be resolved by facing them.
