I am currently 11 and will be 12 next month. I have no clue what to do for the rest of my life. I don't even know what I want to be in the first place.
I thought about becoming an engineer, but that's too much work. I thought about being a police officer, but it doesn't seem like fun at all.
Help me out here.

Become an Engineer.
You said it was "too much work," but you'd learn a lot, meet a lot of people, and work a job you enjoy. Sure, engineering is tough, but it's rewarding and interesting.
You'll end up getting into other fields that involve engineering.

I don't want a boring job. I don't want to be stuck behind a desk all day. I want excitement! I don't want to be someone who just comes home and goes on the computer all night.

Engineering isn't boring, though.
It involves working on vehicles, buildings, etc., so you'd be active.
It requires a lot of work and you're going to need some patience, but you could do well with it.

I also thought about being an astronaut, but that seems like too much stress.
I thought about becoming a fighter pilot, but that seems really dangerous, not to mention I am afraid of heights.

Engineering is different than those two options.

Do what you want to do and don't listen to others opinions.
