Well, maybe not exactly a ghost, but you know what I mean.
And it's not just his room. The whole house is haunted, but the cat does like to hang out in the room.

My cat can't really speak, either. All he ever does is meow and sometimes even that is quiet or just a little bit loud.

Maybe so. But my cat does seem kind of sad, too. He meows really loud and gets really angry for no reason when we take him outside or when we try to move him.

I don't know why, but I feel like I'm being watched by my cat. He sits on the couch and watches TV. But he always seems to be looking at me. He doesn't do it all the time, but sometimes he'll just stare at me for minutes.
