the internet is full of idiots who post stuff like "noob" and "OMG HAX". also, there's no way to escape it. you can't even go outside because theres a good chance some idiot will come up to you and say "noob" or something.

i'm pretty sure that "noobs" and stuff like that are only used for competitive gaming (like cs:go) so i wouldn't really classify it as hate towards gamers
it's just a stupid name for a bad player that was popularized by valve
