so i'm creating a forum that's a lot more personal and chill than the off topic one, it's not really going to be a forum either. more of a place for me and my friends to hangout and chat. it's like if you combined twitter and roblox together.
it's called ot_2 for now and it's just a test site because i dont know how to use php and i dont want to pay a bunch of money for a hosting site. so i'm just using this random php script thing to test it out
so anyway if anyone has any suggestions for the name then that'd be cool

i have no idea lol, i just liked the way twitter is organized. it's gonna be kind of like an ot_3 in the sense that there will only be a small community of people who know eachother (like me and my friends) and we'll be able to post stuff like memes or random stuff but it wont be moderated because i dont think that'd really work on something like that
but yeah it's not going to be as big as OT or RT so i'm just going to use a private subforum until i figure out how to use php

Why the heck are you using PHP?
I highly doubt anyone is going to pay you for hosting, so I suggest you look into using Wampserver (It has MySQL built in, so you don't have to pay for a server.) or XAMPP.
If you do use them, just make sure you secure your site with .htaccess.
