I don't understand why people say they're "animal rights advocates" but still eat meat
It's not just animals that get treated inhumanely, it's plants too. They can feel pain and even have memories.

I'm vegan but most vegans agree with eating fish.
Also if someone told me to my face what you said above I'd probably slap their face or punch their nose.
