And not a computer running some emulation software, either.
So the only option is to build a gaming PC, which is probably more expensive than buying a game console
But that's better than having a 32 bit one like my PS3

I don't give a crap about graphics because they're useless. The PS4 has good graphics and it plays PS2 games. But it can't play PS1 games
Also the PS4's CPU is an x86-64 architecture, so I don't know why you'd say that
