I'm not a furry and I have no clue why people think I am one. I mean, I love drawing anthropomorphic animals like dogs and cats and the such but I don't draw them with big heads, tiny legs, and long tails.
What the heck? Why would anyone think that I'm a furry?

Because "such" is not slang for "stuff." You can use "such" in place of "such stuff," or something along those lines.
