I'm a kid at the time, and I'm walking home from school. My parents are late as usual. I walk past a random house, and I see that it's empty. I take my chance and go inside. It turns out there were no windows or doors.
I keep walking through the house, until I find something in one of the rooms. It's a box with a mysterious symbol on it. I take it back to my own room and open it up. It has a red crystal that looks like a heart inside of it.
A voice comes from nowhere. "Welcome, child." The voice is male, but it sounds feminine. I hear the sound of footsteps coming closer. The door to the room opens, and it's a person I've never seen before. He looks like he's about to kill me, so I try to run away. He grabs my arm though. I feel the same sensation of electricity I had when I touched the box. I then black out.
What happens next?
