The cold weather here isn't very extreme. It doesn't get as cold as most other places do, or at least it didn't last year. There were only a couple days where it got below freezing. Most of the time, it just gets around 40°F, which is quite comfortable for me.

In my opinion, 40 degrees Fahrenheit is too cold for me to be comfortable in.
I would say 65 degrees Fahrenheit is the minimum temperature I can be comfortable in.
