It's so unique and original that it has a number of nicknames.
I've had several people say it was too long (it's not, it's the average length for an American male name) and that it sounds stupid. I'm just waiting for someone to call me a dumb animal or something.
I want to change it but I can't because it's on legal documents.

The thing is, if I change it to something generic like Michael or John then everyone will think I'm either a kid or a guy who was born in the 50s-60s.
I need something short yet sophisticated. It would have to be a more modern name because my current one is old school.
