My mom was on the phone with my ISPs support for about an hour trying to fix this problem.
She said they said everything is fine and I shouldn't be having problems like this.

maybe they didn't fix the problem yet? if so you may have to wait a little longer or just not use your internet until you can do so without any problems

They said they fixed all the problems.
They said it will take 10-15 minutes after they fix a problem before it becomes visible, so I'm going to try again in about 5 minutes.
