It's not my first time, and it's not my last. This will be my fourth or fifth time watching this classic.
I find the movie very good, but it makes me a little scared at times. I've watched it before and didn't get scared at all, but today it is a different story.
I don't know how many more times I'll watch this movie before it comes out on DVD and Blu-Ray in 2023, or when it comes back to theaters, whatever happens sooner is when I'll stop watching it.
The only thing I really hate about this movie is that Jack Nicholson dies at the end. It seems like he has been through so much with his family being killed off one after another and then the final blow, where he finally snaps and goes on a killing spree, which leads to his death at the hands of the hotel itself (if you have seen the film, you will understand what I am talking about).
Now, I may be a kid, but I still love horror movies, and this is one of my favorites. I really enjoy the atmosphere in this film, as well as the acting, the cinematography, the camera work, and the special effects, which are really outdated for today's standards, but are still very good in the eyes of a little boy like me.

By the way, this is going to be a spoiler free post, so if you want to see the movie for yourself, please refrain from posting spoilers in this thread or you will receive a ban.
Thank you in advance!

I meant to say it comes back to theaters in 2023.
Sorry if that confused you!

I would also like to mention that I have no idea when the last time I watched this film was, but I think I watched it sometime in January or February.
