I would have to say the Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy.
I loved it so much, I've read it about 4 times.

The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I remember reading it when I was really young, and laughing so hard. It still remains my favourite book, along with Good Omens by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett.
