I am thinking about going to the hospital, and getting some medical tests done, but I am worried. Will they know if I'm faking?

No, unless you have a medical problem that causes it to be possible to fake it, then yes.

Well, I have a lot of health problems... I have epilepsy, heart problems, allergies (lots), asthma, and a bunch of other things.

Yes, it is possible for them to tell if you are faking it. If you fake an epileptic seizure, they will probably notice.

Well, what I meant was, like, will they know if I'm acting sick, so that they won't think I'm faking? Like if my skin is pale, or whatever. Or if they find out I lied about something that could cause me to get hurt.
