Why does everyone hate the 2014 catalog?
I find it pretty cool, and it makes sense too.

Yeah, the 2012 one is cool as well.
The only problem I had with it was that the characters were too small in my opinion, and the animations were a little odd to me.

you cant do anything with the 2012 catalog
but you can do a lot more with the 2013/2014 one

That's why I said "in my opinion."
I thought the characters were a bit too small for the size of the avatars themselves.

Well, I guess they could have made them bigger. But, as you said, there are benefits to having them smaller.

i honestly don't think its bad
its just that it doesn't have any of the good things about other catalogs
i like how you can customize your avatar in the 2012 catalog but the animations are boring
the 2014 catalog has nice animations but no character customization
and the 2011 catalog just had annoying bugs and was too complicated

Yeah, I get where you're coming from, but I still prefer it over the 2012 catalog.
The animations and everything else were so smooth, and I loved that I could turn off the chat bubbles, and the way you move around is much more natural than in the 2012 one, which seemed a lot more glitchy.
