I was just wondering how you can get the legend "The Last Stand" in L4D2? I was in an infected only campaign and killed all of them with my crowbar, but never got it. Please tell me how.

Oh, and I've heard about some other legends too like being a team, but not being a leader, killing someone with a fire axe, and maybe others?
