So our school is having a dance party tomorrow. You can choose what you want to do for the dance party. Like how long it's going to be and what music you want to listen to, etc.
There are two options:
1. 15-30 minutes
2. 45 minutes
There were some kids in my class that didn't have any votes for them so they had to make their own choice for what they wanted.
The girl I was talking about chose option 2: 45 minutes. She's not even a very good dancer.
But she has a boyfriend that does dances for people and he voted for her to have 45 minutes. He said that she needs at least 30 minutes.
I was like "no"
But she had her friends back her up and say "yes"
They are both freshmen so they don't know the rules yet.
I'm a freshman too but I'm still smart enough to understand that you can't vote for your girlfriend or anything. Especially not something like this because it'll affect the whole class.
Anyway, there is this boy who is also a good dancer and I actually like him. I think he's funny and cute (not saying this to get people to hate me) and he just voted for 15-30 minutes, but the teachers will probably say "ok" because he got his votes in quickly.
The girl I was talking about only got her votes in today and the teachers won't change it now.
