That actually happens to people, especially older women. A lot of people don't know this but as people age they loose some of their natural moisturizing oils. When they take a bath/shower they dry themselves off, and their skin starts to feel tight. It's just the lack of oil, and you should moisturize afterward (like I did). If you do it for like 20 minutes at a time then you can burn yourself.
It's actually very common in elderly ladies.
