You can't really take care of a cat by yourself, they need their mom for the first 7 weeks.
And why would you want a cat when you have a dog?

The only time your dog will ever make a noise is when you have food in your hand, I've seen it happen multiple times.

it meows when its hungry
and also
if i ever get a dog again its gonna be one that hasnt been trained, because all the ones ive had before are really annoying and they look at me like "why did you train me, im not good anymore"

The only reason a dog will ever bark or meow is to get their way, or to protect their territory. That's why we give them commands to prevent that.
