He was like, "I'm off duty this week, and I'm coming to visit you!"
I was like, "Okay...?"
Then he was all like, "Dude, we're gonna go to the beach! You've never been to the beach before!"
I was like, "Um, okay."
Then he was like, "Yeah! We're gonna have a ton of fun!"
I was like, "Um, okay..."
Then he was like, "We can do stuff that boys do!" (I don't know what that is.)
I was like, "You mean like get into fist fights? Because I'm not doing that."
He was like, "No, like we can have a bonfire! And we can roast marshmallows! And build sand castles!"
I was like, "Um, okay..."
Then he was like, "But guys, you gotta promise me that you'll go with me to the beach..."
I said, "I said that already."
But then he was like, "Dude, but I'm serious. Promise me you'll come."
So I was like, "Okay..."
Then he said, "You can bring your sister, too!"
I was like, "That's great and everything, but why is it that I'm the only one who has to come?"
Then he said, "Because she has to be here to make sure you're not having any fun! Because if you're having too much fun, then I'll have to bring you back to the Navy Base!" (I swear he said this...)
And I was like, "What does that even mean?!"
And then he said, "She has to keep an eye on you because we're going to a bar. A strip club, actually!"
I was like, "Oh, well, I can't do that. Sorry."
Then he said, "Well, if you don't want to come, I'm going to tell my mom. She hates you!"
I was like, "She hates me? That's ridiculous! Why would she hate me?! I never did anything bad to her! She's just weird."
Then he said, "Well, she says you're jealous of her, so if you don't want to go, she will give me some money for the beach trip."
So I was like, "Okay. Whatever..."
Then he said, "Bye!" And hung up.
And then I got really confused...

Yes, it is. He's in the Navy and all the boys in his battalion are going to the beach and they have bonfires and stuff and I'm supposed to go with them and my sister is supposed to keep an eye on me because I might get into a fist fight or something. But my sister hates me so I don't want her to keep an eye on me, and she has to be there to make sure I'm not having fun or something.

I'm going to the beach anyways.
And also, I think he's just being stupid and stuff because he thinks that I'm stupid. (He always does this.) And that was just one example of how he acts. Like last time when he was here and we went out to eat and we ordered a salad, and I said, "Um, what kind of dressing do you want?" And he was like, "No dressing!" And I was like, "Okay..." And he was like, "Yeah! I'll tell the waitress no dressing!"
Then he looked at me and he was like, "Don't you get it?"
I was like, "What? What do you mean?"
So he started explaining everything, and he told me that the salad is supposed to have no dressing, but people usually put their own dressing on it.
So then he explained how most people would order dressing with their salad so that they can dress the salad themselves.
But he was all like, "Dude, you're such a retard."
And that was just one example of how he is.

He's going to go to the beach for five days with his friends.
His friends are all guys in the Navy, so I think that's why he wants me to come.

Yes, he does.
But also, like last year when he came home for spring break and I was like, "Um, what is this? What's wrong with you? Are you okay?"
And then he was all like, "Oh, yeah! Yeah! I'm fine!" And he was acting weird. He would just look at me weird and stuff, and it was really creepy.
Then when we went out to eat, he would stare at my sister, and then he would stare at me, and then he would look back at her again. I don't know what that means.
Then he had a bunch of pictures of naked girls on his phone. But I don't know who they were.
He also has a lot of tattoos, and his head is shaved, and he wears these tight t-shirts with some weird symbols on them, and he has piercings everywhere. And he smokes weed and drinks and he likes to say stupid things that are supposed to be funny but aren't really. Like he will say something that's really inappropriate, and people will laugh, but then he'll tell everyone else to stop laughing because he knows it wasn't really funny. So he always makes fun of himself by being the person to make people not laugh when he says something that isn't funny.
