I'm doing my research paper on the "Meme"
So far I've learned
The word "Meme" was coined by Richard Dawkins
Memes are units of cultural ideas, behavior, and technology that are transmitted from person to person through imitation
The first "Meme" is said to be an old Russian joke of a man who falls off a ladder into a barrel of soup.
Then it goes to...
An urban myth
Which makes me wonder is an Urban Myth a meme?
I'm really confused at this point...
I'm also going to look at how Memes are related to the Evolutionary Biology of Mammals.
I'm also looking into Memetic warfare.
If you have any other resources or info please tell me so I can include them in my research paper.
