what if you built a really long paper airplane with some very sharp paper and threw it out a window?
it might go fast enough for your needs

I guess, but I will have to make one that is the size of a paper clip in order to get it out a window. Also, I might throw it out a second floor balcony, so how fast will it go? About 120MPH or so? That's just going to shatter it.
