I've been wanting to play some games on my PC, but whenever I try to open any of them, it says "This game requires an internet connection and you are offline". I have a wired internet connection, but when I tried checking if it was working, the internet test thingy said "Error: Your connection is offline". Is this a problem with Steam or with my computer? If it's a problem with my computer, how do I fix it?
Please help, OT.

well, steam has a thing where it doesn't work without an internet connection, so i'm guessing your router isn't working properly
i suggest trying another ethernet cable and also restarting your router
