I was going 75 in a 55.
I was given a warning on the side of the road and they gave me a ticket and mailed it to me.
What do you guys think?

You should have known not to drive that fast, and not to exceed the speed limit. You deserved to be fined.

It is pretty stupid. My mom gets pulled over a lot. She's always going about 80. She doesn't get tickets though.
