You're going to have to call Steam.
You might be able to get a full refund if you bought it less than two days ago.

I used to do this with Team Fortress 2, but I eventually got tired of it and bought the Orange Box which included Half Life 2, Half Life 2: Episode One, Half Life 2: Episode Two, Portal, Portal 2, Day of Defeat and Day of Defeat Source.

They may not give refunds but if you can prove you bought the game less than 14 days ago, they will issue you one.

I have done that before. It took about an hour to get my money back though, I believe because they had to check to see if I really did buy it.

Try sending a ticket to them. Explain what happened and why you want to refund it. They might respond and give you a full refund.

They may be 10 but they work with the Steam team, who has experience with Valve. They know more than most people about the games on Steam. They're probably a lot older than you think.
