Why the hell would you buy a PC for that?
You'd just be better off building it yourself.
And even if you did want to use a prebuilt one, I don't see any point in buying something with specs like that.
It's too low-end for gaming.
I'm pretty sure 8 GB of RAM is standard nowadays.
You could get away with 4 GB but that's only really good for running basic programs and internet browsing.

i build my own PCs when i need them
it costs way less than buying one
