I am a guy.
My voice is still high, but that's because of puberty.
I do not like wearing skirts.
I do not have periods.
I can lift heavy things without dying
I don't get sick often, and when I do it's usually just a little bit.
I don't cry easily.
I am straight.
I hate doing girly stuff.
I have no idea what it feels like to be a woman.
I can fight well.
I prefer being a boy.
That is why I'm a guy and not a girl.

that's not really possible unless you have an extremely low white blood cell count or you have some sort of serious genetic disorder
