i was on the internet and i saw some kind of post that said "if you dont know what this is go to youtube and search" and it had something with a creepy person holding up a sign saying cancer and then i freaked out and now i might have cancer

i googled it and there were like tons of pictures of cancer and it said in the comments that if you google cancer you will get cancer and now im scared
