The only problem with that is that the only good review on Metacritic for the game was a 60 from Game Informer.
It has no positive reviews.

I know that you didn't play it because I saw the word "GameCube" in there.
The Gamecube is an awful system, and even though Sonic 06 was made for the 360, it ran like crap on the GC. I mean seriously, you've never played it, how would you know?

You still haven't played it though, so you have no right to be telling me about it.

It's a great game for its story.
The graphics are fine, but there were some problems with it.
But then again, it was made in only one year. So there are bound to be some problems.

It wasn't too short or too long.
I played through all three stories, and the main game in less than 3 days.
I played the game for about 6 hours.
It may have been long or short for other people, but for me it was perfect.
