It's called "Bakuman." It is about this dude trying to become a mangaka, and he meets this other dude who wants to be the best editor. They meet a girl who wants to be a voice actress. So yeah, it's basically about their life as they try to become successful.
The guy who wants to be an editor has an older sister who likes him a lot.
I was in it as this dude's little brother. I have no idea how I got into that anime. I really don't remember anything from it, but I saw myself in it when I watched a few episodes.
I really do not want to see anymore because of that.
