if you want to go someplace in Europe, the majority of places where there are tourists will have more locals than tourists (since most people aren't going to Europe for vacation)

but i didn't know if you were talking about Ireland or not
i've heard that England has very strict immigration policies though
i'm not even sure if I can get in the country without having to apply for a visa
