First of all, you have to get a mod to promote your account to moderator
Second, you have to go to the "Roblox Discussion" tab in the forum section
Third, you need to click on "Create new forum"
Fourth, you should create a good name for it. Try to use as many letters as possible without making it too long.
Fifth, make the description of the forum short and precise.
Sixth, make sure that your forum's category is correct. It could be the OT or RT or even the RT.
Last, make sure that everything is correct and then publish!
