its not even a real word, its just some lame slang that people use to call other people names.
i mean, seriously. it isnt even a real word.
and yet, there are people who use this to describe others in an insulting way.
it makes no sense to me.

if someone feels special by being called a "noob", then i dont think theyre really feeling special.
its just a stupid made up word, so i think if you feel good about yourself when someone calls you a "noob", then you really need to evaluate your self esteem.
