well you see it's a video of a guy dancing to the beat and the beat is basically some weird techno beat
he's been doing it for awhile and it's become popular, but there are lots of people who just hate him.
some people even say he stole the beat. which is really stupid since the beat is pretty much just a simple techno beat.
