I was just sitting on the couch in front of the TV, eating a bag of chips and watching my favorite show. All of a sudden I felt this horrible pain in my chest. I started to cough and it felt like I was drowning. I couldn't breathe. My heart was racing and I was sweating profusely. I tried to stand up but I couldn't. I felt like my whole body was going numb. I'm not sure how long this has been happening for but I think I might be dying.
What do you guys think? Am I gonna die?

Lol, no I'm not fat either. This is really weird though, because I've never had this happen before.
