I will teach you how to make your own website. It is easy if you follow my instructions. The first step is to get a computer and internet connection. If you have a laptop then that is good too. If you don't have a computer or internet connection, then please stop reading this thread and get one. Now that you have gotten a computer and internet connection go to www.computerhope.com. Now, click on "how to" in the upper left hand corner, and scroll down until you see web server. Click on web server, and then click on apache. Now go here http://www.apachefriends.org/download.html and click on the windows link that says win32 binary packages. Now choose which version you want by clicking on the radio button next to the version you want. Next, select the apache_2.0.55-win32-x86-no_ssl_msi.exe file and click download. Now, when the download bar gets to 100% click save. This will install Apache and phpMyAdmin on your computer.
Now open up the file you downloaded earlier (apache_2.0.55-win32-x86-no_ssl_msi) by clicking on it. Now, you should get a dialog box that says installing apache group and user. Click next. Now you'll get the license agreement. Scroll to the bottom and click on I accept. Now click on next and then Install. When everything is done click on finish. Now, click on close.
Now click start and type in cmd in the search bar without the quotes. Now highlight everything after C:\Apache2 and press delete to get rid of everything. After deleting everything type in
cd /c/Apache2
and hit enter. Then type in
Apache2 start
and hit enter. If all went well you should see a screen with lots of information about apache2.
If you had trouble installing apache2 or if your screen didn't show any info, then you might have some trouble. Here are some possible problems:
1. Your download didn't complete. Try downloading again.
2. A program tried to run at the same time as apache did. Try shutting down all programs on your computer except for notepad++ and explorer.
3. A virus or trojan horse infected your computer. Try doing an online antivirus scan, then go here for more help: www.computerhope.com. Also check out the troubleshooting section.
If none of these work for you, please post a reply here and I will do my best to answer your questions.

I did something similar to this.
but i used wamp server.
its just as good as apache2 but i prefer wamp.

I am using apache2 becuase it is free and it is easier than wamp (in my opinion).
