I was playing a game and the computer started to lag. The game is not laggy itself, but it has a lot of effects and animations going on. When it started to lag, the CPU usage went down from about 40% to 15-20%. So yeah I'm wondering if theres something wrong or its just how Windows 7 works?

ok then, if you are such a genius, explain this to me: Why does my PC stop working when i play certain games? I mean, for example, when i play terraria (a game with low requirements) the cpu usage drops from 60% to 5%, and it happens for most games. Is that normal? And if not, what is happening?
