and it's been like 3 days since
and I'm the only one in the house right now
she left because she had to go to a friend's house.
So what do you think will happen if my brother gets home, and there's no sister around?

Just wait for her to come back home then. Or have your mom call her, but I doubt she would be willing to give up a fun night with her friends.
Anyway, let me ask this question: Do you have a phone? If you don't, then just wait until tomorrow for her to come home, because you can't contact her.
But if you do have a phone, then try calling her as soon as possible.
