i've been trying to play guitar since i was 10 and i'm still terrible at it.
i don't think that is gonna help me with depression.

I found my current hobbies over the course of my childhood/teenhood. You may have to search around for hours/days/weeks. Just don't use the internet to find a hobby because you'll probably end up playing video games all day.

There are other ways. You could ask people in person. You could just roam around outside and do random things, and you will probably find something you like.
