You put all the ingredients in a bowl, blend it for about five minutes on high (this part is where you need an awesome blender like this one http://www.amazon.com/Blender-KitchenAid-KSB1575OB-Classic-Copper/dp/B0011QH2BA ) and freeze it. Easy :P
