I was dreaming of a girl, and I was thinking about my ex-girlfriend. Then I saw her in the dream.
So I got up to use the bathroom.
Then I came back and went right back to sleep. And when I woke up, the girl was still in my head.
Is this normal? Or do I need some help?

This is getting creepy.

I can't even look at my screen because she's in there.
I have to go get some food.

You need to make sure you are not thinking about your ex-girlfriend, then the thought will slowly go away.

How am I supposed to stop it when I'm sleeping?!
I'm trying to think about other stuff, but she's still in my head.

I don't know. Maybe try to talk to her in real life or something?

Talking to her won't do anything.
She left me for a guy who was "more into" her than I was.
I mean, I'll talk to her, but I won't be able to tell if she actually likes him more than me or if she's just lying.
I'm going back to bed. Good night.
