There's no one because they all left. This is what happened:
When 2012 came along, people were scared that the world was going to end. So they all moved here and waited for the end of the world. Once it didn't happen, they stayed here.
Then some time later, there was some sort of "attack" on ROBLOXia which drove everyone out of OT and into RT.
But then, somewhere in the late 2010's, someone had an idea that this wasn't what should be done at all.
This person had an idea: what if we take back OT? What if we make it once again a place where the weirdos are welcome?
But not just that. We could also make RT the weirdo zone!
So then the person thought of creating a new forum that would be the weirdo zone. And then that person posted this post.
And you're reading it right now.
