The best place is in my mom's basement. It's cool, comfortable, and cozy. I would highly recommend it.

Also the best thing to do there is to drink a nice glass of water, but you can also have some orange juice if you want.

It really isn't that bad to stay there forever. You can always go outside when you get bored of staying inside. But make sure that your mom or dad says it's okay.
